In recognition of September’s Sickle Cell Awareness Month, Novartis launched an interactive experience in which 5 doctors were given a front-row seat to witness and truly understand what life is like for a person living with sickle cell disease (SCD). The full impact of vaso-occlusive crises is often unseen, misunderstood, and ignored.
