The Crescent Moon Gala is designed to recognize and support individuals and families impacted by sickle cell disease. Donations are accepted and appreciated. Give to support families on their journeys to and from treatment and doctor's appointments both local and out of town. Remember, there are NO PEDIATRIC HEMATOLOGISTS in Tallahassee, FL. Families with young children seeking medical care for sickle cell disease have to travel two and a half hours away to Jacksonville, FL or Gainesville, FL to seek care for their children. Your donations help to support these families along their way.
