Remember, there are NO PEDIATRIC HEMATOLOGISTS in Tallahassee, FL. Families with young children seeking medical care for sickle cell disease have to travel two and a half hours away to Jacksonville, FL or Gainesville, FL to seek care for their children. Your donations help to support these families along their way.
