April’s Peer Support Group
The speaker for the month of April will discuss Life Insurance Options for individuals with Sickle Cell Disease. There will be information about a children’s policy as well as one for adults.
Children Policy (Full term newborn to 23 years of age)
$10,000 Coverage $4.98 monthly
$20,000 Coverage $9.97 monthly

LEON COUNTY: April 28th 6:00 PM Dr. B.L. Perry Jr. Public Library
GADSDEN COUNTY: April 19th 7:00 PM Gadsden County Public Library
MADISON COUNTY: April 25th 6:00 PM Madison County Public Library
