“Sickle Cell in the Park” is this Saturday, July 16th 3 days away! There will be early registration for the 35th Annual 5K run/walk! Fun and Games for the kids, and Sickle Cell presentations and free food for the presentation participants!! We will also offer Sickle “S” Trait screenings among other types of health screenings! Remember 1 in every 12 African Americans have Sickle Cell Trait. 1 in every 100 Hispanic Americans have Sickle Cell Trait.
